These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Mary Sarah Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of The Soma School by MSC mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mary Sarah Coaching LLC governing your access to and use of The Soma School by MSC mobile application and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
The Service offers monthly, seasonal, and annual auto-renewing subscription plans. Current pricing for each plan is displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee for your selected plan.
IMPORTANT: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such User Content for any purpose.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

If you access the Service through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Mary Sarah Coaching LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on an Apple-branded product that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. Any maintenance or support is provided by Mary Sarah Coaching LLC as specified in these Terms.
Apple is not responsible for any warranty claims, whether express or implied by law, including any claims regarding product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, or consumer protection.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection laws.
Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you access the Service through Google Play Store, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service, and the following additional terms apply:
