Delete Your Account

The Soma School by MSC — Mary Sarah Coaching

You can permanently delete your Soma School account and all of its associated data at any time, directly inside the app. No need to contact support.

How to delete your account

Open The Soma School by MSC app and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm the two prompts. Your account is deleted immediately.

Have an active subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, so you're not charged after you leave. The app will prompt you to do this before allowing deletion if a subscription is still active.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period. The following is removed right away:

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your subscription record in our database
Your saved video-progress history ("Where you left off")

What is retained, and why

A small amount of data is kept separately from your deleted account, for legal and operational reasons:

Payment records — Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, independent of your app account.
Aggregated analytics — anonymized usage analytics (via PostHog) that can no longer be tied back to you as an individual may persist for product improvement purposes.

Request deletion without deleting your account

If you'd like some or all of your data removed without closing your account entirely, email hello@marysarahcoaching.com and we'll handle it directly.
